Fathom Events and CBS Home Entertainment are coming together again to celebrate Season 3 of the iconic series Star Trek: The Next Generation with a special one night big screen event. For the first time ever, the episode “The Best of Both Worlds” will be shown bigger and better than ever as a full-length presentation on Thursday, April 25th at 7:00 PM (EST) in select cinemas nationwide. But keep in mind that this is a one-night only event!

This not to be missed movie theater event will feature one of the most memorable moments in TV history and exclusive clips about the making of “The Best of Both Worlds” and Star Trek: The Next Generation Season 3.

Set in the 24th century, Star Trek: The Next Generation was created by Gene Roddenberry over 20 years after the original Star Trek series. The Next Generation became the longest running series of the Star Trek franchise, consisting of 178 episodes over 7 seasons. Star Trek: The Next Generation – The Best of Both Worlds is the first opportunity to see “The Best of Both Worlds,” one of the greatest TV episodes of all time, as a gloriously remastered full-length feature in select movie theaters nationwide on Thursday, April 25th at 7:00 PM (EST).

HOW TO ENTER

  • Then, come back here and post a comment in the section below telling us about your favorite Star Trek episode. It can be in any incarnation (classic, Next Generation, Voyager, the movies, whatever). Comment as often as you like, but remember, only one entry will be eligible for the contest).
  • Do all this before midnight on Sunday, April 21st.

We’ll select the winners from the list of all entrants.

RULES AND CONSIDERATIONS

  • Valid entries must be received before midnight on Monday, April 21st.
  • Make sure your comment is linked to an ID with a valid email address (note: Facebook IDs don’t always work unless you’re preregistered with a comment service like Disqus – which you can do below) so we can reach you if you win.
  • Prizes are provided by Allied-THA.
  • No purchase necessary to enter.
  • You must be 18 years or older to enter.
  • Winners are responsible for getting themselves to the theater on the day of the screening (check the link to the left  to purchase additional tickets).
  • Winners agree to abide by further rules and restrictions prescribed by the studio and its publicity agents.
  • Winners will be selected by a method of CinemaNerdz’s devising. All judgments are final.
  • No complaining if you didn’t win.
