Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour once again dominated the box-office weekend, beating the rest of the pack by $20.0 million.
Saw X fell two spots to land in sixth place this weekend where it added $3.6 million to bring the Lionsgate Films product’s four-week total to $47.2 million. Also dropping two places to finish in seventh this weekend was the Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures product The Creator. The film brought in $2.6 million in its fourth weekend of release to bring the film’s four-week total to $36.8 million. Meanwhile, A Haunting in Venice dropped two places to finish in eighth-place this weekend where it added $1.1 million to give the Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture offering a six-week total of $40.9 million. Also falling two spots to finish in ninth-place this weekend was The Blind which managed to bring in $1.0 million this weekend, raising its four-week total to $15.7 million. Finally, after seven weeks, The Nun II has amassed $85.2 million for Warner Bros., but could only bring in $887,000 this weekend and claim tenth place.
Two films were pushed out of the top ten this weekend as both ninth- and tenth-place finishers from last week failed to make the cut again this time around. After eight weeks in release, The Equalizer 3 has made $91.5 million for Columbia Pictures, but it couldn’t hold onto it’s ninth-place finish last weekend. Meanwhile, after six weeks, Dumb Money failed to repeat its tenth-place finish last weekend, but still sports a $13.5 million total for Sony Pictures Entertainment.
