After two weeks on top of the box-office weekend, SINNERS succumbed to the premiere of THUNDERBOLTS* and was pushed out of the number one spot by $43 million.

With "Thunderbolts*," the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been put back on track and made the films not only entertaining, but must-see events again.

For a second consecutive weekend, "Sinners" held the top spot of the box-office weekend, as it bested the second-place film this weekend by $19.8 million.
