New “Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes” Trailer Debuts


In celebration of the 10-day countdown to the film’s global release, 20th Century Studios has debuted an all-new trailer for Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes. The action-adventure spectacle of the Summer opens exclusively in theaters worldwide on May 10th and will be available in IMAX®, Dolby Cinema®, 4DX, ScreenX, and premium screens everywhere. Get tickets now at Fandango or wherever tickets are sold. Be the first to see the film on premium screens when you buy tickets to an early access screening on May 8th and receive a commemorative poster.

Director Wes Ball breathes new life into the global, epic franchise set several generations in the future following Caesar’s reign, in which apes are the dominant species living harmoniously and humans have been reduced to living in the shadows. As a new tyrannical ape leader builds his empire, one young ape undertakes a harrowing journey that will cause him to question all that he has known about the past and to make choices that will define a future for apes and humans alike.

Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes is directed by Wes Ball and stars Owen Teague, Freya Allan, Kevin Durand, Peter Macon, and William H. Macy.
