"Thanksgiving" proves to be a plodding and thoroughly unenjoyable assault on an audience that may ultimately wish it had opted to stay home and eat leftovers.

Sofia Coppola’s "Priscilla" may ultimately be the best and is certainly the latest great film from a talented and gifted filmmaker.

"The Holdovers" is one of the funniest, most touching and more enjoyable films of 2023, and a high point of Alexander Payne’s career.
