Yet again, a new film pushed the week’s previous champion out of first place to claim the top spot of the box-office weekend. This weekend, however, saw an absolute annihilation of the previous weekend’s champion as Toy Story 5 took over first place, unseating Disclosure Day by a margin of $143 million.

After landing in fifth place last weekend, Masters of the Universe fell to sixth place this weekend where it took in $5.6 million, bringing the Amazon MGM Studios product’s three-week total to $56.9 million. Similarly, Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu fell from sixth to seventh place as the film brought in $3.9 million for Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures over the weekend. This brings the film’s five-week total to $171.8 million. Neon, enjoyed an eighth-place debut for Leviticus as the film brought in $2.7 million during its debut weekend. Meanwhile, A24 saw its The Death of Robin Hood debut in ninth place with $2.6 million Finally, the Lionsgate release, Michaael dropped three spots to claim tenth place this weekend. The film took in $2.2 million for Lionsgate, while bringing the film’s nine-week total to $367.9 million.
Again, three films found themselves forced from the box-office weekend top ten list over the last three days. After bringing in $5.3 million for Lionsgate over the last two weeks, The Furious couldn’t maintain its momentum and fell out of the this weekend’s top ten. With a two-week total of $3.3 million, Stop! That! Train! dropped from the top ten this weekend as well.
